ERIC J. REDEMANN
Chief Intellectual Property Strategist
Eric is an innovative technology practitioner who has over 35 years experience in complex, sophisticated environments. He is recognized as a versatile troubleshooter who can resolve difficult problems utilizing in-depth root knowledge and superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Eric was instrumental in guiding WiFi Rail through the drafting, filing, and acquisition of their now patented network technology. He continues to guide the Company through development and protection of their intellectual property.
An accomplished inventor, Eric commands specific skills in electronics, software, systems engineering, and intellectual property. His industry background includes semiconductor processing equipment, high vacuum apparatus, computer disc media and software, electronic consumer products and instrumentation, while also having participated in fundamental research in oceanography and laser fusion.
From 1999-2009, Eric worked at Celerity (formerly Kinetics) as Director of Intellectual Property, during which time he built their portfolio blanketing process gas delivery with the semiconductor capital equipment marketplace. He expanded Celerity’s original 24 active US Patents to 90+ US Patents and 200+ corresponding foreign registrations. Before working with Celerity, Eric served as VP-Manufacturing, Technical Director, and Director of Manufacturing and Engineering for Unit Instruments.
Eric holds a BA in Mathematics and Information Science (EE) from UCSD, and belongs to several professional engineering, instrumentation, computing, and electronics organizations.
