Mr. Lee has one of the most innovative minds in the telecom industry. His knowledge and experience has guided him to the forefront of the convergence of telecom, RF and data networks. Prior to founding Wi-Fi Rail he was Chairman and CEO of Network Technologies International, Inc. which offers Wireless Services in Ghana.
From early 1995 to June 2000, he was President, CTO & a Director for TMEX USA, Inc., a public international telecommunications corporation. He designed, engineered and delivered an international ATM telecommunications backbone network that spanned California, Texas, and Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, and participated in the formation of TMEX, S.A. de C.V., a sister corporation in Mexico to provide telecommunications in Mexico.
Mr. Lee was a Professor and Internet-working Engineer for Nichols State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana during 1994 and 1995. In an engineering capacity, he delivered a campus intranet backbone for all Apple OS based products which provided network access which had previously not been available.
He is the inventor of a variety of different electronics, software, telecommunications, and digital media storage inventions. He has documented intellectual property, trademarks, copyrights, and patents pending. Mr. Lee has technical and business proficiency in Spanish, engineering skills in electronics, hardware, software, and networking & communication devices, business design, formation, and structuring, corporate compliance with the FCC, SEC, and federal and state governments, contract negotiation.
